Please don't comment unless you're going to help me. I will truly appreciate just 2 mins of your time for some helpful advice, Thank you =) My query:
As some of you may know i've always wanted a nose job, so my dads paid for me to get one for my 21st bday, booked in on july 22nd.
I went to see the surgeon, and i told him i want quite a bit off my nose. My mum came in with me and we both found him quite cold, not very friendly, he didn't seem too interested.
My mum and me both told him i want my nose taken as small as possible in one nose job procedure since i absautely hate the size and i've always felt embarassed with it. He said that he wouldnt take it that small, he said he would take just 4milimetres off but it would make a big difference.
He said only females get noses as small as i want mine etc, which i found quite rude since i wanted a nose that small my dads paying him about 8000 dollars for it and he wasnt very helpful at making it how i want, he wants to take just a little off and keep it big an macho.. and i dont want that!
So anyway i said thanks and left, and now next time i see my surgeon is on the day of surgery. Im going to show him the following picture and tell him thats how i want my nose to look, like in the middle image!
It would still be wayy too big if he takes just 4mm off so ill tell him i would rather it too small than too big, and i wont be disappointed if its too small. Ill tell him i know he may not like it like that but thats how 'I' want my nose, thats what i feel HAPPY in etc. So what should i do guys?
<a> bring the image below to and show him it on the day of surgery. Tell him that i do want it smaller, and agree that i dont mind it being too small id rather he makes it too small than too big, since if he leaves it big ill need another op which he would have to do for free (he agreed if enough isnt done he would redo it for free, but thats not good enough tbh i dont want to go through this twice i want him to take enough off in one operation!) I know what i want i wont regret it believe me i just will feel so happy with a smaller nose!
<b> Just allow him to take 4mm off, which may (most likely) mean ill need to get it done AGAIN, since it wont be small enough.
<c> Complain that he doesnt seem bothered at making my nose small, since the ONLY reason im paying him is because i want it SMALL.
He is a german surgeon, ive seen people on television go to see surgeons and NONE were like mine, he didnt smile ONCE, even my mum (who has had so many ops) said she was very disappointed with the way he acted since we told him that i want it as small as possible yet he just seemed determined to do what he wants and not take enough off.
what should i do? The middle image below shows how i want it to look like, he thinks its too small but THATS WHAT I WANT! Like its MY face, i dont care if it looks a tad too small for god sake, should i get another surgeon? i feel like shit! i waited years to get it done my dad pays thousands and signs contract and now im fucked cause the surgeon aint interested he just threw my images to one side and said its too small, should i just demand it that small?
