My hayfever (very itchy eyes) always affects my sleep and it's just kicked in this year. I only got 3 hours sleep each night the last 2 nights and I can't go to the doctors until tuesday so I probably won't get much sleep the next 2 nights either. Will I be ok? because this morning my heart was beating funny and I felt a bit weird?
