Should Microsoft Stop Distributing Windows XP?

Well either you want to buy a new xp computer or if you dont it's not your choice because greedy Microsoft is gonna stop distributing windows xp in 3 days which means after June 30th you're gonna stop seeing windows xp in stores, and the only thing left will be vista. The only thing great about vista is that it looks good and it has better security, on top of that businesses that have xp computers and the rest of the people who have xp, they're gonna have it till April of 2014, after that xp will be completely OBSOLETE. Maybe Microsoft is trying to bring out a service pack 2 for vista, maybe. My point is do you think Microsoft should keep distibuting xp to Dell, HP, etc?

What the hell's wrong with Vista?  I really like Vista, it runs just great on my Dad's computer.

I'm still on XP because I can't afford to upgrade/my computer is too crap to run it.

That's one problem some people have with Vista, you need a decent pc to run it properly. It suffered a pretty bad launch too that really didn't help at all.
It's very capable though, just needs more time.

They should stop distributing it.

Vista is more secure, and they need to push forward with Vista. It runs fine on the hardware it was designed to run on, but if they keep backstepping with XP, then no one will ever give Vista a proper try.
