I go through phrases about once every 2-3 months where I feel like the ugliest person alive. I usually get out of these phases in about 2/3 days, but for the past month I basically just hate my body & my looks. I honestly feel like i'm really fat and the ugliest person, and i've tried to get over it, but I just can't. It's just put me in a constant bad mood, and I just dread looking in mirrors. I look at my friends, and I just wish I looked like them, or anyone else for that matter.
Anyone know how I can get out of this phrase? I really want to go back to being at least okay with myself again.

Mmf think everyone gets into a phase like that. Self-confidence is just sometimes really hard to keep up for some people, especially if you're feeling down about other things, I find that to be the trigger when i get like that.
Honestly, you have nothing to worry about AT ALL. Just try and distract yourself and most of all...
