god should have made it so no one had malicious thoughts and so it was human nature to work hard for what you wanted instead of shortcutting at the expense of others... infact how about the 10 comandments be human instinct as opposed to giving us survival instincts, why give us the reason to question him?

You would rather be a robot? If we had no choices as to what to believe or think, that's just what we'd be. And for the majority of people, working for what you want is in our nature. Otherwise we wouldn't have functional societies with laws. Our moral instinct is sometimes at odds with our survival instinct but still it's not a given that survival instinct is always the winner.
