Ok, I apologize. My point was, that either have the same risks that the poster was arguing. Hygiene is essential for vaginal intercourse, as well as anal intercourse.
Anal intercourse may require you to take more precautions and both partners must be careful. However when done correctly there is no further risks over vaginal intercourse.

Urine is sterile, though, feces aren't.
I'm not trying to make a political statement, I'm just a biology major, so my brain is science oriented, lol.

Then you should know that urine is only sterile to the producer of the urine. Thus defeating your entire argument.

No, urine excreted from healthy kidneys is completely sterile. It may, however, become contaminated by the bacteria on the skin surrounding the urethra.

And I already said, I'm not making an argument at all, I'm just providing the correct anatomic facts.

You too? I love science too, though geology, astronomy, physics, and chemistry are more of my area. I'm not a major in them though.

Do you have the scripture reference for that statement?

Anyway, to answer your question, it is true that the Bible says that. The Bible also says in Romans 3:23 that "all have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God."
This means that God, being perfect, cannot be with *any* sinful man, homosexual or not. God loves all people, but because of sin, people can't be with God. As you may know, that is the reason Jesus came.

Anyway, you can argue back and forth from design until the cows come home, but the premise of this topic is that the Bible is against homosexuality and that is why the OP can't get behind the Bible.

Since the Bible does in fact anathematize homosexual acts, the question is not whether or not it is natural or right, but whether or not the fact that the Bible forbids it goes against the nature of God...which it doesn't.

You could prove that 99% of all animals presently living in the world are homosexual and that men were designed to penetrate one another and it still wouldn't get you one inch closer to addressing the topic.
