well basically bout a year ago i was goin out with a girl who said she was 18, but apparently was only sixteen, i had loads of naked pics of her on my comp as she did of me on hers, well couple of days afta we split i got a knock on door and was arrested for having child porn on my computer :O:O:O whereas i had them on there i pleaded guilty cos i couldnt deny it and now im being sentenced tomorrow :( there was about 100 pics of her some she took for me some i took of her and some of us together...
im so scared tht there gonna put me away for basically doing nothing aprt from having a gf who lied :(
wat shud i expect from the sentencing and from prison if it comes to it :(
update: i've been charged with making indecent images of a minor, i got a gd lawyer who said i shud just get a suspended sentence but the judge at trial said expect a custodial sentence :(
