The only thing I can reccomend ( and seriously, don't everyone start going don't) get a rough wash cloth (dry) or sandpaper(be seriously careful) or anything rough and gently rub it on the end of your penis (like the opening) rub it from the top to the underside for a couple of minutes a day and it'll gradually desensitise it.
