Well for the past 2 days I have only been eating like a handful of food a day. But on saturday I hate 2 plate full of food. But now im hardly eating. What should I do. Please help me.

If you are not doing it on purpose then maybe you just don't feel hungry. Doesn't sound like a big deal to me.

you might. sometimes i get like that. where i'm not too hungry, and then a few days before/later i'm starving. then i go back to normal eating habits.

If you are doing it on purpose it is an eating problem. If you are busy and maybe just don't realize it, it isn't. Most people with eating disorder know they have it, whether in denial or not..deep down they know something is wrong. If you obsess over weight, over your looks, or are punishing yourself by not allowing food these are all eating disorder traits. If you just happen to eat a little bit then it isn't an eating disorder. However, give then fact you are on an eating disorder forum...you to a degree are understanding something isn't right with you. Something had to make you suspect this is an eating problem.
