Does anyone know of a website where I can get a Premium 360 bundled with Rock Band. I've searched myself but haven't come up with anything yet.

Well there aren't any official bundles with the console right now... I've searched but it does not appear that there are any retailer's/online site's offering a bundle with the console.
Best option: Buy them separately using Ebay or Craigslist.
