I'm sure that all probably makes perfect sense, but it looks like a bunch of gibberish to me. And it's making me feel dumb.
So could a hacker translate those directions to English so maybe I could actually follow them?

It's a piece of hardware that uses Linux as its OS. So yeah, it's installed by default.
