Or maybe, you really just don't care, because you don't let yourself get opened up enough.

That was the only statement that caught my attention. It's true, it's never been easy for me to be open with someone. I tend to keep things to myself no matter what the situation.

Yet, i feel that i everything i've mentioned is quite true. I have loved, and I have been in long term relationships. Yet even during these relationships my thoughts have always been the same.

And yes, i am a bit mixed as well i suppose.

You can't really know though.  Love can come in so many different forms, who's to say the love in your past long term relationships wasn't more of a love between close friends?  It's a hard call to make, and only you can truly decide what you feel.  My first boyfriend and I... we lasted 1.5 years, but I was like you.  If he wanted someone else, it wouldn't have bothered me.  But it's a bit different now.

Who knows, maybe I grew out of it, maybe I'm more open to showing weakness... it's hard to judge.  I suppose I'm very much inbetween in all of this, because there are so many things that I pretend I don't care about, and sort them out later in my head in a calm matter so that I can deal with them.

Who knows... maybe you're just an independant at heart.  Personally, you asked who would want someone like you?  Probably the one man that loves you for who you are (seemingly emotionless, but supportive in your own way), and even if you thought it was alright, wouldn't turn to other women.  Maybe it's idealistic for me to think that, but then again, I don't see why not.

Who knows... in the end, it's whether or not you're happy with it.  Everyone gets happiness in different ways, and if you're satisfied in your relationships, then that's all that really matters :).

But it's interesting, some people may argue that you're a very simple person, since you seem to show that you don't need much from others... but I'd say it's the opposite... I dunno, I'm rambling ^__^.

i'm not really sure on the matter...you've made some point and i'm going to re-think what i use to think about it. but like some have said before, one man can not support more then one women. also sometimes people are only truly in love with one person and don't want to marry anyone but that one person because of that matter

I think you'd be a good girlfriend because you're nice on the eyes.

I think I'd be okay with polygamy, if I either entered a polygamous arrangement or my husband openly discussed it with me whilst in a monogamous relationship and discussed it with me properly and respected my wishes either way.

I wouldn't, however, condone a man who enters a monogamous relationship and slyly moves around having sex with women whilst pretending to be faithful.

That's not right.

And I'd also like him to discuss what women he'd like to bring into the relationship as I would men.

I agree completely. If i were to go more in depth with my standards, they would resemble yours very much.
