I have two user accounts on my laptop - Bilzey (Admin) and guest, I want a program to restrict what programs and files 'Guest' can access. What could I use?

If your using XP or Vista then you can use this program released by microsoft :

SteadyState :
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/sharedaccess/default.mspx

It allows you to lock down user accounts with as much or as little access as you want them to have!

If your running windows server on the network this can be used in conjunction with the server
