Is it necessary for couples to compliment each other physically? To LOOK like they should be together? Do both girl and boy have to be good looking?> Like do you think this is a cute couple?

i don't see why couples have to look good together, who cares what other people think of them, if they feel a connection they should be together

No, you don't have to compliment each other. I have a friend who looks really pretty and we think she can do better than the bf she has right now, but . . . he is perfect for her. He is like ugly, but come on, you can't judge a book by it's cover. He's the greatest guy there is for her, he adores her and she loves him too.

Oooh nice question!! I am not sure I am a blond girl not popular, look wise, I am not the best, and I dated a football jock. We didnt look like we should be together AT ALL (and he was a red head!
Now (still look the same) am going out with a guy with long brown hair to his shoulders, and we do look good together, but its not your typical couple.
Therefore: I do not think it is necessary.

I think that if you really like someone for who they are, then it shouldn't even cross your mind. It doesn't matter if you match. If the two people have a connection, most of the time you'll find people saying that they are "cute", simply because of the way they behave together. I don't think it should matter.
