I am a camp counselor and I took interest in this one other counselor.  I dont know a lot about him.

He could just be very extra friendly and I might be reading signs wrong.  Are there any obvious differences between friendliness and flirting?

Like should I look for . . . . certain eye contact, laughing?  What exactly?

Its weird as a camp counselor cause there's not much time for talking or for even physically touching each other. It seems inappropriate to do that.

I like this one girl and the signs I give away are: staring, smiling at her, joking with her, using every oppertunity to touch her or play a little ridiculous game with her, be EXTRA nice to her, entertaining her so I could hear her laugh, etc...

Throw him a bone. Make small talk or something. He might not make the first move. Don't sit back and let the summer go by b/c you didnt wanna approach him. All you gotta do is make the first move/conversation and if he knows what he is doing he'll take it from there.
