First of all, I would like to tell you that it is an amazing thing that you are working on creating a healthier lifestyle for yourself. Most people in your shoes, would just sit back and watch their lives fall apart under their feet..but not you. Congratulations for that! I don't know if I really have any real advice for you, but rather support and encouragement to offer towards you.
If you are completely serious about getting over your little problem, and becoming that healthy person that you want to be, you are going to have to continue to stay in control of yourself...your mind.
Maybe you should try setting daily goals for yourself, and start to reward yourself for completing those set goals. Also, I would urge you to just think about how good it makes you feel to go to the gym. Consuming your head with positive thoughts like this, rather than those negative ones that you are used to, can do a world of great things for you.
Finally, I would just say that you should seek support from friends or family members, if that isn't something that you haven't already done. They are the only ones (besides yourself) that can help to control the eating.
Good luck with everything Hun, and just remember that things are always going to get better when you work towards you're greatness.
