I havent been able to find a job ive been searching for about a week and still nothing.

Apply everywhere. Seriously, just walk in EVERYWHERE and either ask for the app or ask if they're hiring. You're bound to find someone. And don't hesitate to call them back after a week, don't expect them to chase you that badly. If you really want the job let them know.

Where have you looked? Try food-stores, restaurants (including fast food ones) or clothes shops. Apply to as many places as you can and stay positive. You will get a job, eventually. It just may take some time as in longer than a week.
