well anyways just a little while ago I re-uploaded the same Icon and LOOK at that while this mod was NOT ON it was accepted.

So what I am thinking is that this MOD doesn't like people who speak their minds and if u get on his bad side he will refuse any thing u upload.  

Anyways I think if he is allowed to do that to other members he should become a regular member and lose his label as MOD.

Anyone else agree?
