Imagine you have a phobia. Would you consider hypnotherapy as an option to resolve it? Not necessarily the only option, just an option if you felt it would be useful.

If not, how much worse would it have to be to consider hypnotherapy, if at all?

Or, if you've had hypnotherapy, what's it like?
