I agree with you, but please be careful with generalisations such as that, especialyl in a forum like this.

Medicines are supposed to play a part in helping you recover with your own effort, not be the cure themselves. So, yes. It's wrong. I know you never did, but it might appear that you're attacking the whole idea of such medicines. That's not helpful to someone who is relying on them, for whatever reason.
