that I am overweight, so, Im starting to do circuits. I did a circuit of little exercises and stuff today and now im like sweaty, I did it for 10 mins but now I have a headache but I drank water and I burnt about 100 calories , im glad im making my way up the ladder of skinyness!

I over worked myself, I feel like im gona throw up now =*(
