I have a e.d...
at the moment im not really sure if i could call it bulimia or anorexia
so i guess its non-purging bulimia...
and like i dunno what to do no more...
im pro ana and pro mia
and like im scared to be honest...
i wanna tell my friend but im scared what she will say... :(
HELP????

I am going through treatment for an eating disorder now, and I wouldn't be able to do it without my parents. As hard as it is, TELL them. You'll be surprised at how much easier your life in general will feel. They will be able to provide you with the resources you need, such as a nutritionist and therapist. If you want to, THEN you can tell your friends, but only if you're comfortable. Please feel free to PM me any time if you want to talk! I'd be happy to talk to you about the recovery I'm going through or anything else that you want to know.

If you don't feel ready, then don't  tell your friend. Maybe you could try writing in a journal/ blog and being brutally honest about what you are doing... PM me, you need someone to talk to. Believe me, I've been there.
