I really want to quit this job I'm at, I have my two weeks notice letter written up and have already put in about 15 job applications to other places just in the past few days. If I commit myself full time to my job search would I be likely to find a replacement within a few weeks, or should I just wait until I'm sure I have something to give them the notice that I'm leaving. I really don't want to be unemployed.

I'm sure you'll find something within your last two weeks if you did put in a lot of applications...

I wouldn't quit till you have another job. Not worth the risk, unless your parents are loaded or some shit.

You should NOT quit until you have another job; big mistake.  Though if you have turned in that many applications, I would remain optimistic.
