Unusual Pains

Ok, so, my period ended on July 5th, started a little bleeding 3-4 days later for a few hours. Then last Thursday, i start getting extreme abdominal pain, and sharp pains in my hip bone. Not to mention to accompany all of this, I'm extremely nauseated, breasts are sore and my nipples hurt.

Then on Saturday, my breasts aren't as sore, but my nipples still hurt like hell, i can't hold food down, and the pains have lessened a little but have yet to stop. And i can't get into a doctor right now till we get new insurance, and i want to know what the heck is going on with my body. Oh, and it hurts when i bend over and pressure is put on my stomach. HELP PLEASE!!!!

my husband and i had sex early last week. And i have miscarried before but i dont think it would be that because the pain would be ten times worse than this, plus me blacking out like last time, but miscarriages don't always have the same symptoms.
