When a man is not circumcized they have that little skin on there penis. If they are circumsized then they don't have the skin. In the US many people do it to boys when they are born for sanitary reasons but where im from [Cuba] people don't do that to there kids.

What are you confused about? Like you don't know what they look like? I'm pretty sure there are pictures on Google or even on the Teen Sex FAQ somewhere.

When erect, even an uncircumcised penis looks pretty much the same to a circumcised one, so it isn't even a huge difference.
