Wait, wait wait. They based their evidence off of a Halloween costume that he chose to wear and put pics online like 75% of the other members of the site do? Are they fucking on crack? How the fuck can they base their evidence on a photo online, that can clearly be photoshopped in any way shape or form. Not saying that that pic was, but how do these prosecuters know whether it's a real pic or not? That's fucking bullshit. And how do they know whether he had the costume picked out before the wreck or not? They have NO proof of that. That's poor judgment on their behalf, in my opinion. But this part cracked me up the most:
"Pending sentencing, you should be going to (Alcoholics Anonymous), you should be in therapy, you should be in a program to learn to deal with drinking and driving," Perlin said. "She was doing nothing other than having a good old time."
Like, he's the ONLY college student that drinks and drives and needs to go to AA meetings. AA is for people that drink 24/7, not the night out on the town with your friends, even if he did get in a wreck. And what more do they expect from him? What's he supposed to do while the victim's in the hospital? Sit around wasting away life?
Even if it isn't a long time, two years in jail for something like that is harsh and total bullshit, especially with all these other crimes that are left unsolved that are far more severe than a freaking car wreck.
