I've been tracking my period for a few months.

March: 3rd
April: 14th
May: 17th
June: 23rd
July: 25th (today), but I wasn't expecting it until the 28th

Doesn't it seem a bit irregular? Do you think it's irregular enough that I should go on birth control? I'm pretty sure it's around a 35 day cycle, but I'm not sure. Help!

your period can range from being every 3 to 6 weeks so dont worry x

if it was a really long cycle like to the point where you're missing months then you go on birth control

its not a big deal, periods at an early age tend to be irregular anyways. you dont need bc unless you really feel that this period schedule is messing with you more than it needs too

I'm not "an early age" I've had my period since I was 11, but I'm 16 now!

The reason I ask is because if not then just allow your body to do it's thing.
If you are then yes do because if you miss your period because you are pregnant then you might not pick up on it (and if you wanted an abortion it might make it harder as it might be later on the in pregnacy).

It's ok to be irregular. Getting on birth control will make it more regular but at the time it can mess you up some. I think the best thing you should do is go to your doctor and disscuss it with him and see what he thinks you should do.
