Jessica, I appreciate the effort, but just a little tip...

Most mothers aren't going to feel comfortable hiring a babysitter off of an internet forum. It's very risky.

You'd be better off placing a listing on a website catering to finding babysitters, word of mouth, posting a flyer on a grocery store bulletin board, or putting an ad in the newspaper.

There's just too many odd people on the internet and no way to be sure that who they're giving their information out to is really a 16 year old girl and not a 30 year old pedophile.

Your chances of finding someone local here is also basically next to nothing. You really are better off advertising locally. You should talk to your parents and see if they have any friends who need babysitting, or perhaps your neighbours.
