Oh honey, that's not so bad. Thanks mostly to medical debts and my mother pissing around under my name, I'm in nearly $20,000 last I checked. Sadly, that's after I payed off several thousand. After you get on your feet, you'll have that payed off in no time.
Really?? Ok I feel bad now. I'll stop complaining. I just feel so stupid because it was all spent on something stupid. And once I start school again it's gonna take another big hit....like as in $10,000.
It happens. If you can afford small monthly payments, a credit counselor should be able to help you out. There's always a way out if you start digging soon enough. At the current rate I'm going, I'll probably have mine payed off in about 5 years. It's iffy what with school and the baby, but that's the plan. If you aren't able to pay yours off yet, it will likely be easier after school.

Think about getting a student loan, perhaps, maybe a line of credit.
With her lack of a credit rating? FP
People can still get loans with a thin file credit.
Thin and bad are completely different.
He didn't say bad. He said lack of a credit rating.
