Oh honey, that's not so bad.  Thanks mostly to medical debts and my mother pissing around under my name, I'm in nearly $20,000 last I checked.  Sadly, that's after I payed off several thousand.  

 After you get on your feet, you'll have that payed off in no time.

I just feel so stupid because it was all spent on something stupid.  And once I start school again it's gonna take another big hit....like as in $10,000.

At the current rate I'm going, I'll probably have mine payed off in about 5 years.  It's iffy what with school and the baby, but that's the plan.  If you aren't able to pay yours off yet, it will likely be easier after school.

Can't you pay them a little bit at a time? You can call them up and work out a payment plan with them. Just pay a few here and there. That way it won't look so bad on your credit report.
