basically he flirts with me all the time, but kinda in a childish way like he doesnt know how to flirt but does stuff for my attention all the time.

but then he doesnt seem to want to go out with me.. even though he thinks im pretty, great, smart and i'm the only girl his friends say he's ever bothered with and he gets really jealous over.. (im really popular i duno why but i am)

he has really old fashioned ideas about relationships too, that the guy should be providing for the girl.. but he's failing at stuff and i'm the one getting the good grades and on the way to a good career and it's like he's constantly bringing it up.. then he asks me stuff like 'what the hell do u see in me' and 'i dont have anything to offer you, what do u want from me?'

and ive just found out he's never even kissed a girl or had sex etc.. all his friends have..

any of that possibly the reason why he seems hung up on me but doesnt wana go out with me? cause otherwise i dont get it..
