I'm black, {lightskinnd] though and I'm a minority where I klive. The black kids here have both parent, and we live in nice houses with manicured lawns and amazing vistas., extremely comfortably. I wear hollister, AND tight jeans, with boots with the fur, I'm not ghetto, nor am I a whitegirl. You can tell when I speak that I'm not hood, but if I'm around black people I still fit in. Does this sound unrealistic to you? For me its reality, have been called whitegirl by innercity kids, but they're hatn because they dont know who their daddy is, when mine is about to take me to the mall. I'm not gonna get pregnant and I have a babydaddy in highschool either. Do people really think all black people are hood? I'm living proof we're not.

OMG I'm the whitest black person there is. I can't talk ghetto for sh*t seriously...I wear prep clothes and I hang out with Asians and white people.bnd the latinos and whatever. I know very few black people.

Why does it matter suddenly whether someone is light skinned, dark skinned, half black or whatever? Or is ghetto or not??????!

It just depends on where you grow up and what you are used to.
