You need to get shielded hardware.  Same thing happens a lot with GSM phones and guitar amps (though CDMA can, just not as much).  Keep the phone away or have things shielded.

Your problem is how frequencies are used and share amongst devices.  No simple way out.

dont bother, shielded cabling is gonna run you so high up your ass you wont know what hit you, in other words it aint worth it the purchase. your simplest solution, as i said, is to move the phone a few feet away

That is not static.  That is electronic interference.

Either way thinks are put, it would be far easier to just not have phone near the speaker.

As for the mic/speaker thing, just don't put it there.

White noise is also static, and that is not always related with an outside interference.  Having an improperly grounded cord can cause static.  Even having the speaker out of normal operating range can cause problems.

Try to help the person asking for help or shut the fuck up.  Yes, I know you said that it would just be easier not to do things that interfere with one another.  Look at most things on this site, having multiple answers that are the same and correct will help the person understand that it is right and not someone being a bitch.

Shielding a speaker/wiring can help eliminate interference.  Got tired of having to turn off my phone just to use my amp.  Shielded it and no more problems.

And you may redeem this at any time:

hey fuck face, theres not a single useful thing you've said to adress the problem so far, if anyone its you who should shut the fuck up
nobody gives a fuck about your nerdiness and 'technically correct' terminology
go actually learn something other than "white noise" before trying to comeoff as a smartass
eat my cock you systematic failure

As said, it's much easier just to move the phone.

Plus, shielding doesn't work 100% anyway.

I was listening to music through my headphones once and had the cord near the phone, heard the very faint beeping the phone causes, through a shielded cable.
