So im having a problem sleeping because my nightmares are so bad, i mean for the past 3 weeks i kid you not every night i have nightmares and night by night they get worse. Like its hard to explain what ive dreamt of i mean if you wanna know just pm me, but i really need help i dont know what to do i havent slept in 3 days cuz its gotten so bad and im sick of it...im tired i can barely stay awake but im fighting off sleep cuz of my nightmares...it sounds pathetic but its true.
Can some one help me or tell me what i should do?

I have problem sleeping to ...I've been waking up at like 7:30 in the morning ...I disturbing dreams ...they arn't nightmares and I can never remember what they are after I get up ...only that they bothered me
