I used to visit a site that gives away scholarship money every month. You're allowed to make five posts a day and vote on other members and the top three win money. It starts over every month and you register using your cell phone instead of just an email. I can't remember what it's called, though, does anyone know which site I'm referring to?

It's really not as easy as it sounds, there are a lot of participants and it takes a lot of votes to get into the top three. Everything starts anew every month so a whole new contest is starting in just a few days and I can't remember the damn address.
