how do i get a screen shot of something in a movie, i'm playing it thru windows media player and when i do the print screen thing, it blanks out the movie

First pause the movie on a section you want to shot it then click print screen after that paste it in paint accessorise in start menu finally save it in a file. I hope I benefit you .
