Ok, for some reason for the last few months with growing frequency I start to have panic attacks from thinking to far ahead into the future, like what is going to happen to us when we die, like our souls. I don't expect any answer to this, I just feel like I need to get this off my chest. I tried talking to my mom about it and all she told me is that it is something we have to learn to live with. I realized that already so it didn't really help me much.

I don't really understand why it would be something you would struggle with. While we all do yearn somewhere for greater insight into the reason behind our existence, I've never really worried about what would happen to my spirit or my soul . . simply because, theres no point to worry about it. Its something so profound that we coudl'nt possibly understand with the human mind.

Even perception is a good place to start with. What is perception? How are we able to 'think'? How are we able to 'see'? What is space? What is time? How can all these elements exist, and how can we actually realte to them, is something beyond our control. Let these things worry for themselves and live out your life as you can - someday you will slowly discover the answers to all these so-called 'anomalies'. .

Don't worry about the future, do not dwell in the past. Live your life in every moment as if it will be your last . . Enjoy it, and live it to your best! Why worry? Theres no point . .

The key to victory is the element of surprise.
When that doesn't work, I guess I just gotta gun you down.
