so met this amazing lithuanian chick a 3 nights ago, we hit if off pretty good but we've always been with some friends too until last nite. she txt me around 11 saying she wants to do something and her friends are all too tired to go out so we would be alone. so we went down to the bar for a drink and 2 fig out what to do. I floated the idea of going for a dip in a pond or head to my place to watch a movie but she had the better idea of grabin a blanket from her place and head to the beach. we get to the beach and she snuggles up next to me and we just talk and look at the stars for awhile. I was trying to work up the courage to just go in for the kiss but im not aggressive enough to make a move like that with out feeling her out some more. when we hang out her body language tells me shes into me but I needed more of a confirmation so......I asked her if she had a bf..like a total idiot. mmmm..yes she says but she didnt seem to sure about their relationship and hes back in lithuania while shes her for the summer. she tried getting into it but couldnt find the words but she did say shes not sure whats going to happen. and then she asked me if I had a gf and I told her no and that im a lil timid to get into a relationship after my last one but im gettin tired of being single too. then I cut to the chase and asked her if shes trying to be faithful to her boyfriend or not cause I had def ben picking up on some signals(and she grabs a blanket & takes me to the beach at 2am!) and that she had me all confused. again I didnt really get a definate answer but I def killed the mood, I could tell she was thinking hard after that. I changed the subject and we just chilled and talked for another hour or so. she wants to hang out again tho, next time should I strap a set of balls on and just go in for the kiss?..or maybe move in all close and ask her if she would mind if I kissed her? shes only here for another month

just stop beating round the bush, ASK her if she would mind if you kissed her, as she didnt give you a certain answer about the 'staying faithful' thing.
