How many of you have taken melatonin have had some intense dreams? For me everytime i take melatonin its a given that that night I am going to experience some very vivid, and mostly very strange dreams.

Yeh I know a lot of people it doesn't work for. But i know a lot of people too that have bad insomnia that have been helped loads by melatonin. It doesn't really help me get to sleep, 6mg is just a guarantee for me that I am going to have at least 2 very vivid dreams that night.
