My kitten keeps jumping on my lap then I put him on the floor... Then he looks shocked like WTF? Then licks his tail. Then jumps back into my lap. He has does this about 8 times already.
What a wierdo. I think he has OCD.

My kitten used to do that when I was asleep and it would totally freak me out. I put rubbing alcohol on my toes and he never licked again.
