If you're sure about the tattoo, then go for it.
But a lip ring isn't permanent. Well, less permanent then a tattoo. You can get a tattoo removed but.... that's a ridiculous procedure. Lol.
So if you're still shaky about the tattoo, think it over some more and go with the lip ring.
Personally, I've planned out the tattoos I wanna get and as soon as I turn 18 hopefully I'm gonna get them. Or at least two.
