Just rececently, I got upset. I started having shorten breaths and I couldn't catch it no matter how I tired I was crying and my hands were shaking that probably continued for 5 minutes, then my hands went numb. I was so scared I don't know what has just happened to me. I have never been so scared. Does this mean anything? Is it an anxitey attack?
