depends on the kind you get some of the brands our worse but most ppl read the labels and find out for your self but its ice cream its not like if you eat it its going to kill you

Yeah cause its made with fruit juices and water (frozen) rather than full fat cream. so waaaay less fat (y) still pretty sugary though.

Sorbert is healthier than ice cream... however, frozen yogurt is even healthier than sorbert. And the positive to this is... frozen yogurt tastes exactly like ice cream. With sorbert, you get no dairy, however, with frozen yogurt, you do. I found this information out because I read a lightfood magazine. it really made me realize that I could eat healthy and still eat the food I love.
