Is there anything that could have triggered these feelings of anger? Because, from what you've written, it's something that happened quite suddenly, which leads me to believe something set off your anger. Has anything happened in the last year which could have triggered these feelings? As with any anger issue, the main way to treat it is to find out exactly what's causing the feelings in the first place. Is there anything that's making you think so negatively? If you could answer some of those questions, I think I could help you a bit more, but as it is, you've not given me much to go on. Thanks (:
