How can yo tell what percentage of your body is fat? Like I weigh 135 and i'm 5'5. Is there anything I can do to know how much of my weight is fat? I know I need to loose weight and i'm working on it.

uhhh go to the doctor?
or also there are several websites than you can enter your weight and height into and  they will calculate your BMI [body mass index] which tells you your body fat percentage

I think to measure that you need to be in some kind of contraption with water and you lie in it... Maybe the gym would have one.
