Anyone on a crew team (rowing)? I'm interested in starting and I want any info I can get on workouts, rowers' diets, etc. 
I do Hawaiian outrigger canoe paddling, which uses a lot of muscles. You're gonna wanna get some cardio, so run maybe 20 min at least 4 times a week. Do a lot of pushups maybe 20, pull ups, 15, bicycles,50, ect. id say do like 3 circuits of those and increase the number every week
