100-150 maybe... really depends on how professional and all that it looks.  

If its going to be like Low Complexity around 50-100
Medium Complexity around 100-200
High Complexity around 200-300

Depends on the technicality of the site. Most people can get layouts these days at £40-50, bespoke and designed to their specification, so you can't justify charging too much really.

I ussually charge around £100 for the first site then alter it there after...

Along with that they have to pay for my hosting and there domain name...

Although i ussually do the first set of SEO for them (But not continuoussly checking)
