No, you don't HAVE to go. But you might want to because if you really were 2.5 months then the fetus was not just an egg anymore. so you should probly go and make shure everytihng is ok. Kinda liek getting an abortion, btu with a dead baby

It isn't mandatory, but it's a good idea. I ended up with a bad uterine infection over a miscarriage, and that was pretty miserable.

It's a good idea to go and get checked out that you don't have any infection. If you do have something wrong in there and you don't go, you can end up never having another baby.
