so im a 5'4 athletic girl... and lately ive been eating a lot less and i think its cuz i have a lot on my mind however the whole controlling my appetite thing is becoming addicting. and i want to be really thin for some reason... this is what i ate yesterday.. a nutrition bar for breakfast... like 2 scoops of rice...an egg white...and a tiny bit of chicken for lunch....didnt eat til i came home from work at 9... and had a half of a roast beef sandwich... is that enought to eat?

It sounds like the classic symptoms of a control oriented eating disorder coming up. I'd suggest that you talk to a dietician or at least the school nurse if you have one, or your doctor and get a plan that offers *balance* in food quality and type vs quantity and calories. It's not as simple as jsut a calorie count. A plan will also help you defien a reasonable goal that will keep you healthy and enjoying your athletic life style.
