Can anyone tell me why the lead singer of Escape The Fate (i think his name was Ronnie) is in jail. Im not a big fan but i was just listening to a few of their songs on youtube and theres a debate going on about how the band is not the same cos hes in jail but nobodys actually said why?

I have a friend who is an Escape the Fate fanatic and she never shuts up about them...I'm surprised she never mentioned that.
