I intend on NOT letting that happen...in fact, I hope to lose about 15 pounds and build a little muscle while at college. The campus has the gym open all year for every student and I intend on taking advantage of it....but I'd hate to go alone, so I'm taking my friend with me to work out too (he's going there also, so it'll work).
I'm hoping mostly this'll make me slim down my little belly chub and thighs a bit. If I do, I think I'll dye my hair for the first time ever (new look/fresh start sort of thing). Maybe cut it to my shoulders and dye it a red ( this kind maybe?
because I have rather white skin and I think it'll go well), get it layered maybe? I don't know, just a thought for now.
You think that would look alright?

I didn't gain the Freshman 15. I LOST it. In fact, my Freshman year of college, b/c of a sucky food plan and craptastic food that I could not eat, I lost 20 lbs the first couple months.
And, as for 'college being different from high school', yes, that's true. But not everyone succombs to that college 'stereotype'. I didn't drink in high school. And I certainly don't drink now. I didn't sleep around in high school. And I certainly don't, now, nor do I plan to. I've had one partner, and I plan to keep it that way.
